Invention disclosure

Staff at Otto von Guricke University Magdeburg can submit their own ideas arising from their research activities for intellectual property protection and have them commercialised. We support you with all matters relating to industrial property rights – from brainstorming and drafting an invention disclosure to the registration of intellectual property rights, as well as the implementation and commercialisation of your inventions. In addition, we provide you with up-to-date legal information on funding opportunities for planned spin-offs and offer consultation hours for inventors.
