Strengths Radar: Discover what makes you special.

01.11.2024 -

“What are your top 8 strengths?”: An essential question – whether you’re a founder or planning your career after university. Yet most people can’t really answer it in any depth. No wonder, really, as we’re not taught to focus on our strengths at school or university. Instead, the focus is often on mistakes and weaknesses.

Why a strengths-based approach is so important

If you know your strengths, you can use them effectively – whether it’s when building a network, in negotiations or when tackling creative tasks. But this doesn’t just apply to business. You can also benefit enormously in your working and private life:

  • At work: You’ll not only perform tasks that match your strengths better, but also with greater enjoyment. This boosts your productivity and satisfaction.
  • In your personal life: If you know your own abilities, you have more self-confidence and live more authentically – which has a positive effect on relationships.

We rely on the Strengths Radar

We use the well-researched Strengths Radar test:

  • Clarity about your strengths: Discover your top 8 strengths and find out whether you’re a natural doer, thinker or empath.
  • Understand your needs: Motivation arises when you identify what drives you. This is precisely what the needs underlying your strengths reveal.
  • Recognise the value you bring: Recognise your unique contribution. This is often unconscious, but understand the unique role you play in the team through which you add value.

Strength-based approach as a strategy for success

A shift towards a more strengths-based approach is long overdue – especially for founders. Because the better you know what makes you unique, the more authentically you can shape your business and your life. The result? You work more efficiently, are more creative and, above all, happier. The test is free for you as founders as part of our initial consultation following the third qualified session; it’s fun and might even save your skin when it really matters (wink). So get in touch and find out what you’re made of!
