Katharina Bünger studied Industrial Design as a Bachlor's degree at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences and Interaction Design as a Master's. As a project manager and user interface designer, she was able to prove her skills to leading companies in the automative and telecommunications industries. She will support us in the areas of user interface design, usability & concept and design for mobile apps.

Traudel Gemmer
Traudel Gemmer is an entrepreneur. She is a tax consultant, coach and business mediation with a focuss on start-ups and security as well as corporate succession. She is the managing partner of BPC DIE ENTREMENDER AKADEMIE GmbH Service center for founders and entrepreneurs in Saxony-Anhalt.
She is co-founder of the AMU Association of the Independent Women in Saxony-Anhalt and its president. She is also the president of the InterContinental conference. She is particularly passionate about women who want to found, and has been a mentor in Saxony-Anhalt for years, in keeping with the motto "High-tech on high heels? Women found in science and technology". Through her work for founders in the presidium for employers and business associations Saxony-Anhalt and as a chairman of the borad of the AOK and MDK Saxony-Anhalt and in the supervisory board of the Bundes AOK she has an excellent network in the field of medical start-ups.
She is Business Angel and holds several holdings in startups.

Bastian Ehl
Bastian Ehl is a managing director of UCDplus Gmbh. In this role he gained valuable experience on the topics of Industry 4.0, conception of web and software solutions as well as business and employee leadership.
UCDplus is a consulting and service agency for user centered design, usablity as well as web and application development with locations in Berlin and Magdeburg. They analyze, design, implement and evaluate: desktop & web applications, machine controls, websites & portals and mobile apps. An interdisciplinary team of usability experts, interface designers and developers make products intuitively usable.

Prof. Dr. Michael Friebe
Michael Friebe is professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. In addition to his scientific career, in 1993 he founded several medical technology companies himself and is further a shareholder in some companies. As if that was not enough, he is also an active member of the Business Angel Netzwerk BAND.

Dr. Falko Grube
Falko Grube is a member of parliament from Magdeburg. in 2010 he completed his doctorate at the Faculty of Humanities, Social and Educational Sciences at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. Already at the Accelerator Week, he strengthened the young founders with their ideas and offered the teams his support: "For a modern and creative city like Magdeburg, it is fundamental to retain young and innovative companies."
As chairman of the committee on Urban Development, Construction and Transport, he accompanies many important projects for future development.

Dr. Olaf Henniger
Dr. Olaf Henniger is the Deputy Head of Competence Center „Identification and Biometrics“, Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research IGD. He worked from 1995 to 2011 at the Frauenhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology in Darmstadt. He gives lectures in the field of smart card systems at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt and publishes in the field of identification and biometrics.

Sebastian Hillebrand
Sebastian Hillebrand is a managing director of kasoku Consulting GmbH, a Berlin based consultancy company. kasoku specializes in accelerating complex innovation, strategy and change projects.
Mr. Hillebrand is an experienced management consultant and facilitator with more than 15 years of consulting experience, including work at KPMG, A.T. Kearney und Capgemini. He has worked with clients from a wide range of industries all around the world and has supported more than 100 projects as a facilitator. He also founded five companies himself. His main topics range from strategic planning and business model optimization through transformation and innovation to process optimization.

Steffen Jany
Steffen Jany is project manager and designer at KNO (Korrektur nach oben), an agency for content marketing and online marketing in Magdeburg. Steffen graduated from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg with a Master's degree in Professional Consulting, Team Development & Management and Civil Education. Since then, he has been involved in the conception, design and implementation of various campaigns and events and further he oversees major projects such as Luther 2017.

Klaus Krzykalla
Klaus Krzykalla joined the logistics sector after his career as a professional soldier in the Bundeswehr. In the meantime, he can look back on more than 30 years of experience in the service and logistics sector with all its ups and downs. He would like to pass on his entrepreneurial and professional experience and thereby help young start-up teams and their business ideas to be successful.

David Paschke
David Paschke a is Senior UX / UI designer at idealo internet GmbH,an online comparison portal from Berlin. David graduated from the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences with a Masters in Interaction Design and a Bachelor of Science in Media Informatics from the Harz University of Applied Sciences. Afterwards, he worked for UCD+, a consulting and service agency for user centered design, usability as well as web and application development. He is a multiple speaker on the webinale and decoded. Large projects such as Luther 2017, Sparkasse or Leipzig-Halle Airport were created under his creative leadership.

Matthias C. Schroeder
Matthias C. Schroeder founded his first company in 2004 and was managing director of an agency for user centered design for 10 years. Since 2014, he works as a user experience design lead in Silicon Valley, currently for one of Bay Area's best funded startups. In addition, for 6 years he was a board member of the Professional Association for UX and Usability Professionals and led the public relations and marketing. In 2015, he was honored with the Usability Achievement Award. Matthias advises founders on product development and roadmap creation, as well as processes, scaling and growth marketing and financing.

Dr. Sandro Schulze
Sandro Schulze is an employee at the Institut für Technische und Betriebliche Informationssysteme the Faculty for Computer Science (FIN) at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. He received his doctorate in 2013 at the Faculty of Computer Science and then worked as an academic councilor at the TU Braunschweig and as a substitute professor at the TU Hamburg. From those activities he collected valuable experience from research and practice on the topics of databases and software engineering.
Since September 2016, he has been coordinating various team projects at the FIN as a teacher for special tasks and is therefore available to assist with any questions concerning the design and implementation of innovative internships or study projects in a startup in Magdeburg.

David Stuck is a Venture Capital Analyst at bmp Ventures AG, which also manages the investment funds of the state of Saxony-Anhalt.
He himself was the founder and CEO of two VC funded B2B SaaS startups, an in hime one quickly finds the entrepreneurial spirit. We are delighted that David Stuck, as the first member of the Advisory Board, supports us in promoting and bringing forward the founding scene at OVGU.
